Red cabbage salad

Serves 2-4 as a side dish

1/4 red cabbage (less if its a big cabbage)
1 small carrot
1 nashi pear
1/2 a small cucumber
handful walnuts
handful crispy noodles
splash red wine vinegar
splash olive oil
pinch salt

Shred cabbage and grate other vegetables. Crumble in walnuts and dress with salt, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Stir through noodles just before serving.
